Found this paddle boarding about 400 yards off a public beach in Florida. No floater above water to signify where it was.
This is Panama City beach Florida. No one fishes out here where I’m at just a lot of tourists in their pontoons. I’ve lived on this beach my entire life and never seen one of these. I’m sure it’s something catch fish with maybe a gps in the floater?
